1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you have automatic consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
In addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, we offer a voluntary 14-day return period for change of mind returns, subject to the conditions below.
2. Change of Mind Returns (Voluntary Policy)
If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receiving it, provided:
- The product is in its original, unopened condition
- The product is in the original packaging with all labels intact
- The product has not been damaged, used, or tampered with
- The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery
- You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Note: Change of mind returns are a voluntary service we provide. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law for faulty products or products that don't match their description are separate and not limited by this policy.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at contactuse@crizelonzyphrani.world with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Products returned after the 14-day return period
- Products without proof of purchase
6. Faulty or Defective Products (Australian Consumer Law Rights)
If you receive a product that is faulty, defective, or doesn't match its description, you have rights under Australian Consumer Law. These rights are separate from our voluntary return policy and cannot be excluded.

- Arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund (your choice)
- Cover all return shipping costs
- Process your claim promptly and fairly
A product is considered faulty if it has a major failure (e.g., unsafe, significantly different from description, or cannot be easily fixed) or if it fails to meet consumer guarantees under the ACL.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you may return it in accordance with our return policy.

8. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
9. Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
10. Australian Consumer Law - Consumer Guarantees
Under Australian Consumer Law, you have consumer guarantees that apply automatically. These guarantees include:
- Acceptable Quality: Goods must be of acceptable quality - safe, durable, and free from defects
- Fit for Purpose: Goods must be fit for any disclosed purpose
- Match Description: Goods must match their description
- Match Sample: Goods must match any sample or demonstration model
If a product fails to meet these guarantees, you have the right to:
- Return the product for a refund, replacement, or repair
- Claim compensation for any loss or damage
